Stad Hasselt, a local government organization in the public sector, wanted to improve digital access to municipal services through a mobile application but faced low usability and user adoption. ACA Group conducted UX audits and real-world user testing to optimize the app’s design and functionality. This resulted in a user-friendly mobile app with higher user satisfaction and improved accessibility to city services for residents.
The Flemish Department of Culture, Youth and Media (CJM), a public sector organization, aims to connect cultural institutions with citizens using historical data and personal interests but faced challenges in data sharing across organizations. ACA Group is implementing a data platform based on a data mesh architecture to enable decentralized data sharing and governance. This solution supports data integration, enables data-driven services, and helps launch personalized cultural experiences for the Flemish public.
