On Monday, Feb. 19, 2024, Wine Estate Valke Vleug hosted an event where the agenda was carefully crafted to not only inspire attendees, but also provide them with practical insights that could be applied in their organizations.

Attendees had the opportunity to listen to fascinating speakers such as Cedric Dumont, who shared his experiences in extreme sports and psychology to approach leadership and high-performance in the business world.

Cedric Dumont "the man who can fly" is a Belgian athlete who practices extreme sports. Beyond that, he is also a high performance psychologist. Fear gives you wings, seems to be Cedric's motto.

'High performance at work' : Greatness begins beyond your comfort zone
As a manager, you have to dare to leave your comfort zone. Good leadership benefits from out-of-the-box thinking. Cedric Dumont teaches you how to do that, because no one explores the limits of what is possible more than he does. In his keynotes, seminars and training programs, Cedric uses techniques from extreme sports and performance psychology to teach how to focus and dare to take calculated risks. With his insight and experience, Cedric teaches how managers can better motivate their people, learn to work more closely together and be open to change. Cedric Dumont tailors his programs to the client's needs. Depending on the request, he elaborates on one or more themes. There are mainly three: 'Be Inspired', 'Be a Leader' and 'Be Connected'.
