What are we looking for?

ACA Group is looking for a driven Business Developer who is eager to create new business opportunities with passion and energy and contribute to our growth. In this role, you are the sharp-minded hunter who not only recognizes commercial opportunities but actively turns them into reality.

Are you someone who gets energy from finding new clients, building relationships, and selling innovative ICT solutions that truly make a difference? Are you proactive, independent, and highly persuasive? Then you might be the one we’re looking for!

As a Business Developer at ACA, you will be responsible for actively identifying and attracting new clients. You will explore new markets, spot business opportunities, and confidently present the right solutions to prospects. You take full ownership of the sales process—from the first introduction to closing the deal.

What will you do?

🔹 Prospecting – You are always on the lookout for new opportunities in the market and strategically expand your network.
🔹 Sales process management – You take full control of the sales process, from initial contact to successfully closing deals.
🔹 Selling solutions – You quickly understand the client’s needs and present the best software solutions. You work closely with our technical teams to develop the perfect offering.
🔹 Building relationships – You establish long-term, valuable relationships with clients and act as their trusted advisor and partner.
🔹 Continuous improvement – You constantly refine your sales approach and seek ways to make the process more efficient and successful.

Do you have what it takes?

Hard skills

  • At least 5 years of sales experience in the IT/software sector with a proven track record of acquiring new clients.
  • Account management experience – you know how to build long-term relationships.
  • Strong communication skills in both Dutch and English – you can persuade both technical and non-technical stakeholders.

Soft skills

  • A hunter mindset – you are not afraid to pick up the phone, enter new markets, and expand your network.
  • Self-starter mentality – you know how to drive a sales process independently and set and achieve your own goals.
  • Affinity with ICT & software – you understand the value of our solutions and can effectively convey this to clients.
