Your role at ACA

As a Business and/or Functional Analyst, you will be part of our department specializing in building Custom-Made Software. You are an essential member of our dynamic team, driven by innovation and the pursuit of high-quality, sustainable solutions.

You’ll have the opportunity to apply your creativity and expertise in new and challenging projects across various sectors.

As an analyst, you map out the client’s business processes and needs, as well as those of the end users, and align them with the desired functionalities of the new application. Based on this input, you collaborate with the team to develop a tailor-made solution from start to finish.

In addition, we offer you the chance to further develop your hard and soft skills with the support of a coach. You’ll also have the opportunity to help shape the future of our Competence Center by staying up to date with the latest trends in your field.

Do you have what it takes?

Hard skills

  • You have a true passion for ICT and software projects
  • You have experience with the Agile methodology, its values and principles, and you fully support this approach.
  • Business processes and business analysis hold no secrets for you!
  • You are experienced in using modeling techniques such as UML, BPMN, context diagrams, and more.
  • You are familiar with techniques like User Story Mapping, Event Storming, and similar methods.
  • Strong communication skills are essential—you can express yourself clearly in both Dutch and English.
  • Ideally, you hold a Bachelor's or Master’s degree.

Soft skills

  • Together with a team of developers, architects, and sales managers, you aim to deliver outstanding software solutions to our clients. You keep a close eye on progress and anticipate potential issues like a true team coach.
  • You have an analytical and critical mindset, always striving to find the right solution for the client.
  • You radiate innovation and creativity, enabling you to define both the client’s needs and the desired functionalities.
  • A mix of working from home and from one of our ACA offices is possible, and you’re not afraid of occasional travel to the client’s site.
