As CHRO, you are the architect of ACA's People Operating System.
You design and anchor the HR architecture that makes our organization scalable, fair, and future-proof. You translate strategy into decision frameworks, governance logic, and a clear workforce structure.
You are close to the core of the organization: as a strategic sparring partner for the CEO and General Management, you help determine how talent and organizational capacity evolve.

What you do
Governance & Structure
- Designing, refining, and anchoring inflow, throughput, and outflow processes
- Defining escalation and decision logic
- Monitoring the demarcation of roles between HR and management
- Ensuring legal correctness and policy consistency
- Final approval for structural policy changes
You ensure that the organization grows without becoming internally complex.
Fair Process & Consistency
- Supervising the uniform application of policy
- Correcting deviations in decision-making
- Intervening when mandates are exceeded
- Restoring structural inconsistencies
You monitor the balance between humanity and clarity.
Strategic People Management
- Signaling structural tensions
- Advising General Management on people governance
- Integrating AI impact into workforce strategy together with the team and the AI experts
- Strengthening data-driven HR operations
You look ahead and build for scale.
Team
You lead a multidisciplinary HR team and ensure growth within the team:
- HR Business Partner(s)
- Talent Acquisition Lead
- Reward & Development Lead
- HR Admin & Support
This team currently consists of 5 people.
Do you have what it takes?
Hard skills
- At least 10 years of experience in senior HR functions, preferably in a large SME or comparable organization primarily active in services
- Demonstrable experience in designing or restructuring HR governance
Soft skills
- Experience in leading and developing HR teams
- Strategic insight combined with operational realism
- Data-driven mindset and affinity with AI applications
