Your role at ACA

ACA Group is een innovatief en warm bedrijf waar je terechtkomt in de business unit DataDots: een hechte familie van 17 collega’s die elke dag samen data-uitdagingen tackelen. Je wordt begeleid door ervaren mentoren, maar krijgt ook veel ruimte om zelfstandig aan de slag te gaan. En dat alles in een team waar samenwerking, kennisdeling en fun centraal staan!

Tijdens je stage werk je rond het thema HR Analytics – Company Insights. Je helpt ons om onze interne rapportering naar een hoger niveau te tillen en meer waarde uit onze data te halen. Concreet betekent dit dat je:

  • Data verzamelt uit allerlei bronnen (SD Workx, surveys, skillmatrixen, Jira-data, …).
  • Trends en patronen ontdekt rond thema’s zoals rekrutering, verloop, welzijn, kennisdeling en personeelsplanning.
  • Dashboards en analyses ontwikkelt die HR écht vooruithelpen en strategische beslissingen ondersteunen.
  • Mogelijkheden verkent voor geavanceerde analyses, zoals sentimentanalyse of retentievoorspellingen.

Je bouwt zo mee aan inzichten die rechtstreeks bijdragen aan de groei, cultuur en productiviteit van onze organisatie.

Do you have what it takes?

Hard skills

  • Je volgt een bachelor of master opleiding in Business Analytics, Data Science, Informatica of iets gelijkaardigs.
  • Je kan werken met tools zoals Excel, Power BI, Tableau of SQL.
  • Je bent analytisch, nieuwsgierig en communicatief sterk.

  • Interesse in HR is mooi meegenomen!

Soft skills

  • Je hebt zin om data om te zetten naar inzichten die écht tellen.
  • Je bent leergierig en kijkt er naar uit om nieuwe technologieën te ontdekken.
  • Je bent een teamplayer, die ook wel graag zelfstandig te werk gaat.  
  • Je hebt een proactieve mindset en weet van aanpakken.
  • Je bent leergierig.
