Your role at ACA

Your responsibilities will be diverse, but the key tasks include:

Managing the monthly invoicing process, with a strong focus on accuracy and timely execution.
Preparing and maintaining monthly analytical reporting, both per business unit and on a consolidated level.
Performing analyses, reconciliations, and KPI reporting to support strategic decision-making.
Preparing and coordinating annual budgets.
Validating accounting entries for accuracy and proper analytical allocation, in collaboration with the accountant.
Executing quarterly and annual closings for various entities, including related reporting.
Preparing financial audits and tax returns, in close cooperation with external partners.
Supporting the accounting department, including during VAT declarations.

Do you have what it takes?

Hard skills

You hold a bachelor's or master's degree in a financial or economic field.
You have approximately five years of relevant experience in controlling.
You have a solid understanding of accounting transactions.
You possess advanced Excel skills.
You are highly analytical, detail-oriented, and structured, with the ability to translate complex financial data into clear insights.

Soft skills

You are proactive, communicative, and able to work independently.
You have the ability to positively motivate and inspire others to take action.
