Your role at ACA

As a Full-Stack Developer, you will design, build, and maintain efficient, reusable, and reliable components, visualizations, and integrations for digital experience and integrated portals. With such platforms, users of your solution can manage and present content and information in a personalized way, such as in a customer portal, intranet, website, and much more.

You will build and maintain these solutions using the latest technologies, ensuring the best possible performance, quality, and responsiveness of the applications.

Of course, you won’t be alone in this: you will work with other passionate team members who are dedicated to delivering high-quality results. Together with an analyst, team lead, UI designer, UX designer, or architect, you will design and plan these solutions.

Hard skills

You have a Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science.
You have 3 years of experience as a developer.
You have or want to gain experience in DXP, CMS, and portals.
Strong communication skills are essential: you can express yourself well in both Dutch and English.
You have good knowledge of Java.
You have experience with Spring (Boot), JPA/Hibernate, JSPs, Servlets, JUnit, Tomcat, SQL, SOAP, and REST.
You have experience with JavaScript (AJAX, jQuery, TypeScript, Angular, React), HTML, CSS.

Do you have more to offer? These skills are a nice-to-have:

Docker, Kubernetes
General knowledge of Security concepts
OSGi, Felix
Continuous Integration (Maven, Git, Jenkins)
Agile methodologies
Extreme Programming
Test Driven Development
Experience with tools like JIRA, Confluence, Bitbucket

UZ Brussel takes a digital leap forward with scalable SaaS solution
UZ Brussel, a leading university hospital known for excellence in patient care, education, and research, partnered with ACA Group for a major digital upgrade.
