Functioneel Analist - stage (Hasselt)

Your role at ACA

Na een korte inwerkperiode waarin je kennismaakt met onze methodologieën en tools (Agile, Scrum, Kanban, event storming, story mapping, domein modellering, …), draai je mee als volwaardig teamlid binnen het Java Competence Center.

Je neemt de rol van functioneel analist op in een intern softwareproject en werkt samen met een gemengd team van stagiairs en ervaren ACA-collega’s. Samen brengen jullie de requirements in kaart, werken een functionele analyse uit en vertalen dit naar concrete stories die door developers opgepakt worden.

Tijdens de 12 tot 15 weken van je stage ervaar je alle facetten van een klantenproject in vier sprints. Je taken kunnen onder andere bestaan uit:

  • Samenwerken met een product owner
  • Requirements verzamelen en analyseren
  • Een MVP definiëren en uitwerken
  • Sprint demo’s geven
  • Retrospectives uitvoeren om de teamwerking te verbeteren
  • De applicatie verbeteren op basis van feedback

Hard skills

  • Je hebt interesse in Java en functionele analyse.
  • Je bent een bachelor student.
  • Communicatieve vaardigheden zijn cruciaal. Onze teams communiceren en delen hun kennis namelijk in het Nederlands en Engels.
  • Je hebt een sterke analytische geest en uitgesproken passie om de ultieme oplossing voor dat ene cruciale probleem te vinden. 

Soft skills

  • Je bent gepassioneerd door alles wat met IT & software te maken heeft.
  • Je bent een teamplayer, die ook wel zelfstandig kan werken.
  • Je hebt een proactieve mindset en weet van aanpakken. Je bent leergierig.
