HR Business Partner

As an HR Business Partner at ACA Group, you act as the link between HR specialists and the business units. Together with your HR colleagues, you ensure effective communication and implement HR policies that reflect our organization's strategy. You provide optimal operational HR services to both management and employees across various HR domains. As an HRBP, you work closely with HR specialists and support team leaders and business unit managers in areas such as evaluations, improvement processes, and the right mix of profiles, etc.

Your role at ACA

  • You coach and support managers in their people management skills.
  • You advise on the necessary profiles for the growth of our organization.
  • You lead the personnel planning process, specifying short- and long-term priorities while considering the broader HR strategy and the set goals of the business units. This includes thinking about necessary recruitment channels and tools.
  • You actively participate in the recruitment process by drafting job descriptions and participating in candidate interviews, in close collaboration with the recruitment team.
  • Together with the Comp&Ben manager, you ensure fair and coherent grading of candidates.
  • You create high-quality onboarding plans for new colleagues and provide input for technical training curricula based on their level.
  • You ensure the timely and correct execution of evaluation processes, working closely with business unit managers, team leaders, and coaches.
  • You generate and monitor relevant HR data to support decision-making in the business units.
  • You contribute to overarching HR projects with organization-wide impact and take on the role of project lead when necessary.

Do you have what it takes?

Hard skills

  • You have a higher degree in HR or a human-centered field, or equivalent experience.
  • You have at least initial experience in a similar role.
  • Experience in personnel planning and talent management is required.
  • Knowledge of recruitment and selection processes.
  • Expertise in performance management and career development.
  • Skills in data analysis and HR metrics are a valuable asset.
  • You communicate fluently in Dutch and English.

Soft skills

  • You have strong communication skills.
  • Discretion and diplomacy are absolute musts in this role.
  • You enjoy being proactive, have a hands-on mentality, and thrive in a results-oriented environment.
  • You are adaptable and highly resilient to stress.
  • You are a genuine team player.
