Your role at ACA

  • You take responsibility and inspire your team in new and challenging projects.
  • You develop stable, professional back-ends that exceed customer expectations.
  • You create APIs using the latest technologies.
  • You thoroughly analyze problems and manage a maintainable, secure, and high-performing application architecture.
  • You support your team with technical analyses, clear explanations, and application design.
  • You can identify and create opportunities with our clients.
  • You mainly work from one of our offices (preferably Ghent or Antwerp) and from home. Traveling to clients is no problem for you.

Do you have what it takes?

Hard skills

  • You have a strong knowledge of C#, .NET Core, and the broader .NET technology stack.
  • You have a solid foundation in programming and architecture.
  • Cloud expertise (Microsoft Azure, Amazon AWS, Google Cloud). Certifications in these areas are considered a bonus.
  • Experience with message brokers such as Service Bus.
  • Good database knowledge.
  • Experience with the Atlassian stack.

Soft skills

  • You enjoy working collaboratively in a team.
  • You share knowledge and explain complex concepts to your team.
  • You take responsibility and can inspire and lead.
  • You are fluent in Dutch and English.
