Technical Lead Machine Learning

We are looking for an experienced Technical Lead/Architect in Machine Learning to help grow the ACA Innovation Lab. As a leader within our dynamic team, you will play a key role in developing innovative AI and ML solutions for our clients. You will lead and inspire a team of engineers and collaborate with clients to create sustainable, groundbreaking technologies.

Your role at ACA

What will you do?

  • Lead a team of Machine Learning Engineers in a flexible, dynamic work environment.
  • Drive innovation by developing and implementing new AI and ML solutions.
  • Work with technologies such as Python, Java, Kubernetes, AWS/GCP, TensorFlow, OpenCV, Git, MLFlow, and more.
  • Coordinate Agile workflows and prioritize tasks within projects.

Do you have what it takes?

Hard skills

  • 3 to 5 years of experience in Machine Learning, with experience in a leadership role within a start-up or innovative environment.
  • Knowledge of software development and experience with test-driven development.
  • Fluent in English and Dutch.
  • Strong communication skills, both independently and as part of a team.

Soft skills
