ACA Team Up 2026

Last updated: 8 October 2026
Your people expect instant answers. Your HR team juggles tools, spreadsheets and approval chains, and AI is changing the job on top of that. For one afternoon, we open up our own HR environment: live systems, real examples and an honest account of what we got wrong the first time. Then we sit down for dinner at a Belgian winery.
Different HR processes in one connected Atlassian experience
Recruitment, onboarding, employee questions, internal knowledge: they look like separate HR challenges, but they run into the same wall: information that doesn't move between people, teams and systems without someone manually carrying it.
We hit that wall ourselves. So we started connecting our own HR processes. From recruitment and onboarding to employee support and internal knowledge. During this afternoon, we show you what that looks like in practice.

What can you expect?
From onboarding and employee support to AI-powered knowledge:
discover what changes when HR processes, people and technology start working together.
Onboarding and offboarding as one flow across HR, IT and facilities, with central follow-up instead of chasing inboxes.
One clear place for employees to ask questions and request support, while HR keeps control over approvals and follow-up.
See Rovo Search and custom AI Agents answer employee questions from approved HR policies, with the guardrails that make it safe.
An honest look inside our own HR environment: the results, the resistance between HR and IT, and why data governance came first.
Exclusive wine & dinner experience
We host Team Up at Valke Vleug, a Belgian cool climate winery, for a reason.
When the sessions end, the afternoon doesn't. You'll have the vineyard, the fireplace and the rest of the group, and then a three course seasonal dinner by the estate's kitchen.
Every HR leader in the room is dealing with a version of the same problem. Two hours at the same table tends to be worth more than another slide.
