🚀 ACA Group expands with the acquisition of vBridge

Hasselt/Ghent, April 24, 2025 — We’ve got big news: ACA Group is growing and welcoming the Ghent-based IT company vBridge into our family! With this step, we’re not only strengthening our expertise in cloud solutions, but also expanding our presence in East and West Flanders.

vBridge is no stranger to many organizations. Their team builds smart cloud solutions, manages complex IT infrastructures, and automates business processes tailored to each client. They work with names like DPG Media, Natuurpunt, Kadonation and Outspot. An impressive portfolio that reflects their craftsmanship and customer focus.

What immediately resonated with us was their vision of technology, which aligns perfectly with how we work at ACA.

As Ronny Ruyters, CEO of ACA Group, puts it:

“With vBridge, we’re bringing in a team that shares our view on cloud: pragmatic, highly skilled, and always focused on the client. While ACA traditionally excels in AWS and Azure, vBridge adds strong expertise in Google Cloud, on top of their experience with the other platforms. By joining forces, we’re deepening our expertise across the board. This allows us to advise clients even more specifically and independently, always with the solution that fits best.”

Peter Jans, Business Unit Manager Cloud at ACA Group:

“The vBridge team knows how to tackle modern cloud environments, from cloud-native to modern DevOps. That broad experience, combined with their hands-on mentality, makes them a strong addition to our team. Together, we’re not just boosting our technical capabilities, we’re also increasing our flexibility to offer clients the best-fit solution across all major platforms: Azure, AWS, Google Cloud, and SUSE Rancher. And we’re strengthening our impact and expertise in cloud-native technologies in Belgium.”

The vBridge team will join our operations in Ghent and become part of ACA Group, which already has locations in Hasselt, Leuven, Antwerp, and Ghent. For vBridge’s clients, not much will change: they’ll still be working with the same trusted people, but with the added benefits of a larger network, more support, and extra expertise at their fingertips.

As Roel Van Steenberghe, CEO of vBridge, nicely summarizes:

“We’ll keep doing what we do best: delivering cloud projects with smart automation and a strong technical focus. But from now on, we’re doing it in a broader context, with more firepower and colleagues who share our mindset. For our clients, that means continued collaboration with familiar faces, plus access to a wide network of experts and additional support.”

We’re excited to keep building innovative solutions that truly make a difference. This acquisition fits perfectly within our growth vision: working with partners who share our values, quality, innovation, sustainability, and a human-centered approach.
