Team Up 25: Atlassian beyond IT

Thursday, June 12, 2025 | Waerboom, Brussels
It was a beautiful, sunny Thursday, the kind of day that already feels like a win. Add great coffee, a buzzing crowd, and the spirit of collaboration, and you’ve got yourself Team Up 2025.

Hosted by ACA Group, this full-day Atlassian event brought together admins, business leads, project managers, and collaboration champions from all over Belgium. The message was clear from the start: Atlassian is no longer just an IT toolset,  it’s a teamwork powerhouse for every department.

What we’re taking with us

This Team Up 2025 edition was packed with real stories, practical insights, and honest conversations. Across breakout sessions, demos and expert talks, we saw how Atlassian tools are helping teams work smarter, far beyond the IT department.

From HR to marketing, from operations to enterprise strategy:

  • Teams are simplifying complex processes.

  • They’re connecting the dots across tools and teams.

  • And they’re doing it in ways that are flexible, scalable and actually enjoyable to use.

Of course, there was also plenty of time to catch up, connect, and share ideas over coffee, in the hallway, or out on the sunny terrace.

A strong line-up, even stronger conversations

The speaker line-up featured strong voices, each bringing their own angle to how teamwork is evolving.

Whether you were exploring enterprise planning, support portals, automation or AI, every session sparked something: an idea, a question, a conversation that kept going long after the talk ended.

One moment stood out for many: the keynote by Ann Wauters, Olympic athlete and former captain of the Belgian Cats. With honesty and clarity, she shared what defines strong teams: trust, resilience, communication, and leadership that brings out the best in people. It hit home. Not just for sports fans, but for anyone who's ever led a project or stood in front of a team.

People. Talks. Tapas.

As the content wrapped up, the conversations didn’t. The closing drinks and tapas gave everyone space to reflect, reconnect, and wind down. The way every great event should end.

See you next year?

If you were there: thank you for being part of it.
If you missed it: we’ve already got plans brewing for 2026.

Until then, keep building teams that work.
Beyond IT. Beyond silos. Beyond expectations.
