Reference case: Brady

About Brady

Brady Corporation is an American developer and manufacturer of specialty products, technical equipment, and services for identifying components used in workplaces. They have an extensive product portfolio in safety identification, regulatory compliance, brand protection, laboratory identification and specimen tracking, visitor access, voice and data communications and precision die-cut components.

Challenge

Brady has a significant number of RFID antennas and scanners that need to be organized and managed using an asset management solution. To tackle this, they wanted to leverage the power of the Azure Cloud. The challenge here was that they needed a solution that could serve multiple tenants. To address this complexity, they looked for a partner to work together with their development team in creating a proof of concept (POC).

Solution

  • We built and configured an Azure Kubernetes Cluster.
  • We set up Flux to automate the deployment of various applications to the cluster.
  • We defined all resources in Terraform.
  • We used Azure DevOps to deploy the Terraform code in a controlled manner.
  • We helped the client understand how the tool stack works.
