About Agentschap Natuur & Bos

Agentschap Natuur & Bos is an agency of the Flemish government dedicated to the preservation, protection, and development of natural areas, forests, and parks in Flanders.

Challenge

The agency needed to centralize all their existing data into a data lake for reporting purposes. Subsequently, they aimed to visualize the data using PowerBI, enabling its display and utilization for the Flemish government.

Solution

We created a data platform in collaboration with the DataDots, which included the ingestion of data from AWS into Azure and its integration with Microsoft Fabric. This ensures adherence to security standards and incorporates DevOps solutions where necessary.
