What will you do as a Business & Solution Architect at ACA Group?

  • You follow industry trends and contribute to building sector knowledge within social secretariats
  • You build and maintain strong relationships within the domain
  • You are part of a multidisciplinary program team including PMs, architects, and developers
  • You identify unspoken needs and detect new business opportunities
  • You contribute to functional analysis together met analysts and development teams
  • You act as the point of contact for product vision and business-related questions
  • You provide input on business processes and help shape solutions

Which skills do you need?

  • You have 3–5 years of experience within the social secretariats domain (or similar)
  • You have experience defining product visions and roadmaps
  • You understand the business needs of the sector very well
  • You can think strategically and translate vision into concrete solutions
  • You have a strong analytical mindset and can maintain a helicopter view
  • You communicate fluently in Dutch (French is a plus)
  • You are willing to work partly on-site in Leuven combined with remote work

The Flemish government (public sector) faced fragmented real estate data spread across multiple agencies, making it difficult for citizens and stakeholders to access certificates, permits, and reports.
