Your role at ACA

Bij ACA werk je samen met het OpsKlaar-team vanuit Antwerpen. Hier onderzoeken en implementeren we technologieën die developers meer autonomie geven, zodat ze niet telkens afhankelijk zijn van een cloud team, maar veel zaken zelf of zelfs volledig geautomatiseerd kunnen doen.

Je krijgt een uitdagende opdracht met impact:
👉 Een Proof of Concept opzetten rond Platform Engineering tooling
Je onderzoekt de huidige best practices in platform engineering en vertaalt die naar een werkende oplossing binnen onze eigen cloudomgeving. Deze POC introduceer je in onze dagelijkse werking en kan later ook uitgerold worden naar onze klanten (lees: developers in andere teams).

Dit maakt jou future-proof

  • Je leert de principes van Platform Engineering en hoe deze de developer experience verbeteren.
  • Je werkt hands-on met moderne cloud native tools en automatisatieplatformen.
  • Je ontdekt hoe je diensten ontwerpt en aanbiedt aan developers zodat zij sneller en onafhankelijker kunnen werken.
  • Je bouwt een POC die echt impact heeft op onze organisatie.

  • Je maakt deel uit van een professioneel Cloud & DevOps team waar je actief meedraait in stand-ups, retro’s en demo’s.

Hard skills

  • Je hebt een sterke interesse in alles wat met Cloud te maken heeft.
  • Je bent een bachelor student
  • Communicatieve vaardigheden zijn cruciaal. Onze teams communiceren en delen hun kennis namelijk in het Nederlands en Engels. 
  • Je hebt een sterke analytische geest en uitgesproken passie om de ultieme oplossing voor dat ene cruciale probleem te vinden.

Soft skills

  • Je bent gepassioneerd door alles wat met IT te maken heeft.
  • Je bent een teamplayer, die ook wel zelfstandig kan werken. 
  • Je hebt een proactieve mindset en weet van aanpakken.
  • Je bent leergierig.
