You’ll join the vibrant world of our Low-Code Competence Center, becoming an essential part of a dynamic team driven by innovation and guided by experienced professionals.

  • Through a specialized onboarding program, we build on the development knowledge you already possess and translate it into expertise on the OutSystems platform.
  • You’ll be fully immersed in hands-on development with OutSystems, working on some of the most advanced and impactful projects.
  • You’ll receive comprehensive support and guidance from our senior architects and team members. We’ll challenge you, elevate your skills, and accelerate your career growth.

Do you have what it takes?

Hard skills

We’re looking for someone with initial relevant experience in software or web development.

  • A Bachelor's or Master’s degree in Applied Computer Science or a related field.
  • At least 1–2 years of hands-on experience in a development role.
  • Practical experience with JavaScript (vanilla), React, Vue.js, or Angular, as well as HTML5 and CSS3.
  • Solid knowledge of Java or .NET/C#, SQL, and REST web services / JSON.
  • A strong understanding of web development best practices and concepts such as Object-Oriented Programming (OOP).
  • Experience working in an Agile/Scrum environment, with a good understanding of sprint and stand-up dynamics.
  • Strong communication skills, enabling you to gather, analyze, and critically assess business requirements in order to deliver the most efficient solutions.

Soft skills

  • You’re comfortable interacting with clients and can clearly explain technical concepts to non-technical audiences.
  • You collaborate closely with developers, architects, business analysts, and UX designers. Together, we go the extra mile to deliver outstanding results.
  • Challenges motivate rather than intimidate you. You’re curious about emerging technologies, take initiative, and aren’t afraid to ask for help when needed. You actively seek and embrace feedback as an opportunity to grow.
  • You can easily switch between working from home, our office, and client sites. We ensure a healthy balance between flexibility and collaboration.
  • You are fluent in both spoken and written Dutch and English. Can you also hold your own in French? Encore mieux!
