Your role within ACA

As a Software Project Manager at ACA, you work closely with your colleagues, the client's project team members, and other involved parties. You are an essential part of our dynamic team, driven by innovation and building high-quality and sustainable custom-made solutions.

We also offer you the opportunity to further develop your hard and soft skills, with the support of a coach. And you will get the chance to help shape the future of our Competence Center by keeping up with the latest trends in your field.

Do you have what it takes?

Hard skills

  • You ensure that projects are delivered in accordance with (contractual) agreements, budgets, and timing. In doing so, you always take into account the expected quality standards of both the client and ACA.
  • You strive for customer satisfaction, while also always considering the interests of all involved parties and stakeholders.
  • You ensure that any potential risks are proactively managed and resolved.
  • You report directly to the management team at ACA and the involved parties at the client.
  • You have at least 5 years of experience managing custom software projects.
  • You speak fluent Dutch and good English.
  • You are familiar with Agile and have already successfully delivered a number of projects using this methodology.
  • We consider it a plus if you hold a recognized certification in project management.
  • A combination of working from home and from our office in Ghent or Antwerp is possible, and you are not deterred by travel to a client

Soft skills

  • You motivate and involve all team members; a good work atmosphere is important to you.
  • You take a proactive stance and can work well independently.
  • You are a good facilitator and a real team player.
  • You have an assertive attitude, with good and effective communication skills.
