Your role at ACA Digital Studio
As a UX/UI Designer, you’ll work closely with end-users, colleagues, and client project teams to develop digital solutions that not only solve real problems but also offer a seamless and engaging user experience. You’ll be responsible for both the user experience design (UX) and the user interface design (UI), of course supported by colleagues where necessary.

You’ll primarily work from Ghent, with the option to work from home a few days per week. Regularly working on-site with clients doesn’t intimidate you; you see it as an opportunity to gain knowledge across different sectors and teams. You’re eager to share your expertise to help clients advance as much as possible. You’ll join an innovative organisation with a no-nonsense culture and plenty of room for creativity and initiative.

Do you have what it takes?

Hard skills

  • At least 5 years of relevant practical experience in both UX and UI design.
  • Proven experience in user research and translating findings into user-centred design solutions.
  • Ability to create wireframes, prototypes, and high-fidelity UI designs.
  • A strong user-centred and agile mindset.
  • Experience and enthusiasm for facilitating workshops.
  • Ability to translate user insights into intuitive and visually appealing interfaces.
  • Proficient in Figma and other design tools.
  • Fluent in Dutch and English.

Soft skills

  • Passionate about both UX and UI, with a portfolio that showcases your work.
  • A true team player who can also work independently.
  • A strong sense of responsibility.
  • Organised and structured in your work.
  • Proactive with a hands-on approach.
  • Stress-resistant: deadlines push you to excel.
