As a Data Analyst, you are part of our driven data team. We work closely with ACA's Innovation Lab. Together we look for new technologies that can enhance the right solution(s) for our customers. We believe in cloud solutions to deliver data, both in-stream and batch, to create new insights.

What will you do as a Data Analyst at ACA Group?

  • You design and develop data insights that support business decision-making
  • You create dashboards tailored to customer needs
  • You collaborate closely with data engineers and other team members
  • You analyze customer needs and translate them into data solutions
  • You work with modern data visualization tools such as Power BI or Looker
  • You contribute to BI and data warehouse solutions
  • You work in a dynamic, self-steering team environment

Which skills do you need?

  • You have experience with or interest in data visualization tools such as Power BI or Looker
  • You have strong SQL skills or are motivated to develop them further
  • You have knowledge of BI and data warehouse concepts or are willing to learn
  • You communicate fluently in Dutch and English
  • You are analytical and solution-oriented
  • You are a proactive and motivated team player
  • You are eager to learn and grow in the data domain

The Flemish government (public sector) faced fragmented real estate data spread across multiple agencies, making it difficult for citizens and stakeholders to access certificates, permits, and reports. ACA Group developed the Gebouwenpas, a scalable digital platform built on Liferay DXP with Spring Boot and Angular, centralising all building data into a single digital passport. Using an agile Scrum and Kanban approach, the solution delivers clear insights, secure access, and a future-proof system for both residential and non-residential properties.
