What will you do as a Technical Lead Machine Learning at ACA Group?

  • You lead and inspire a team of Machine Learning Engineers
  • You develop and implement innovative AI and ML solutions for clients
  • You collaborate with clients to build sustainable and impactful technologies
  • You work with modern technologies such as Python, Kubernetes, and cloud platforms
  • You coordinate Agile workflows and prioritize project tasks
  • You contribute to the growth of the ACA Innovation Lab
  • You act as a technical leader and drive best practices within the team

Which skills do you need?

  • You have 3 to 5 years of experience in Machine Learning
  • You have experience in a technical leadership or architect role
  • You have a strong background in software development and TDD
  • You are familiar with AI/ML technologies and tools (e.g. TensorFlow, MLFlow)
  • You communicate fluently in Dutch and English
  • You have strong communication skills and can work both independently and in a team
  • You are innovative and driven to build high-quality solutions
