To support local governments in this, s-Lim is launching LiSA, a smart AI assistant within Mijn Stadsapp that assists residents 24/7 with questions about their municipality. ACA Group contributed to the development of the AI technology behind LiSA.

LiSA helps residents quickly find answers to questions about municipal services, procedures, documents, activities, and other local topics. Through a user-friendly chat interface, citizens gain access to relevant information at any time of the day, without having to search across various web pages or contact the specific department.
