ACA is a great place to work

The ACA team achieves the Great Place to Work label!

As of today, we can officially call ourselves a Great Place to Work by achieving the label! 

This certificate is only awarded to companies that let their team members fill in an official survey based on the Great Place to Work® Trust Model©. According to the Great Place to Work® (GPTW) Institute, a great workplace is about the level of trust that employees experience in their leaders, the level of pride they have in their jobs, and the extent to which they enjoy their colleagues.

The survey - including a corporate culture audit - is conducted annually by the Great Place to Work Institute Belgium, the authority on trusted and high-performing work cultures is done in collaboration with the Vlerick Business School. What makes this research unique is that the evaluation by the employees is the most important aspect. The final score is for the biggest part determined by the employee survey results.

What is the Great Place to Work® label?

Being a good employer is about more than terms of employment or facilities. From the vision of Great Place to Work, good employment practices are about three mutual relationships based on trust, pride and pleasure.

The recognition is based on both the perspective of the employees and the way how employership is deployed within the organization. This unique combination and the strict criteria means that not every organization achieves this certificate, and that is something to be really proud of.
