Digitization & intranet at Motena

Care Facility Motena uses Alfresco as a central document repository in which employees can store and consult dossiers of civilians.

By integrating their multifunctionals, paper documents are digitised and categorised. Metadata automatically trigger workflows throughout departments. Case management of the civilian dossiers allows employees to collaborate on documents and content. SimpleEdit facilitates the editing process in Alfresco.

For collaboration and internal news distribution we have created an Intranet based on Confluence. The seamless integration between intranet and case management ensures employees are not disturbed when having to switch platforms.
