ACA Group, an international technology consultancy, faced fragmented onboarding processes across multiple offices, tools, and business units, creating inefficiencies for HR and inconsistent employee experiences. To address this, ACA Group developed N-ACA, a custom onboarding platform built with OutSystems low-code technology. The platform centralizes onboarding content, enables progress tracking, and standardizes workflows. This solution improved onboarding quality, reduced administrative workload for HR, and accelerated time-to-productivity for new employees.
Ecofix, a Belgian energy start-up, needed a complete digital platform to support its launch and offer transparent dynamic energy pricing. ACA Group delivered end-to-end digital product development, including branding, a mobile app, and a website, using Flutter for cross-platform development and Microsoft Azure Cloud for scalability and security. Delivered within weeks, this solution enabled rapid time-to-market, provided customers with real-time energy insights, and established a scalable digital foundation for Ecofix’s growth.
Energie.be, a Belgian energy supplier, needed a scalable digital foundation to support its growth from start-up to scale-up while maintaining low-cost, transparent services. ACA Group partnered as a long-term digital partner, delivering custom software development, a website, customer and partner portals, and tools like a pricing comparison platform (Tariefcheck), supported by cloud and data expertise. This integrated digital strategy enabled rapid product development, streamlined operations, and supported Energie.be’s expansion in the competitive energy market.
EBTS, a European roadside assistance provider for trucks and commercial vehicles, needed to improve the usability and scalability of its customer portal used by fleet managers to report incidents. While internal teams optimized the backend, ACA Group delivered a UX redesign and implemented a scalable design system for a white-label platform. This solution simplified user flows, accelerated incident reporting, and enabled faster customization for new clients, resulting in improved service efficiency and reduced development time.
VCST, a manufacturing company in the automotive industry, struggled to manage and analyze production quality data across its global sites. The challenge was a slow, inefficient reporting process that limited collaboration and delayed decision-making. In partnership with ACA, a unified end-to-end reporting solution was implemented to centralize data access and standardize reporting. This resulted in faster insights, improved communication, and more efficient global production operations.
The Vlaams Energieagentschap (VEA) , a public sector organization in the energy industry, wanted to provide citizens with clear insights into the energy efficiency of their homes. The challenge was to simplify complex calculations into an accessible digital tool. A user-friendly web application was developed to calculate home energy performance. This resulted in improved digital public services and increased citizen engagement in energy efficiency.
