Inside Sales Specialist

• You manage a portfolio of smaller business accounts and serve as their primary point of contact. You assist with contract management (renewing, adjusting, and expanding contracts/licenses) and proactively follow up on clients and leads via Salesforce.
• You follow up on warm and cold leads, conduct phone screenings, and forward qualified leads to the sales team where necessary. Additionally, you provide targeted support for ACA marketing campaigns.
• You provide administrative support in preparing, submitting, and following up on quotes and proposals. You are responsible for managing platforms such as Connecting Expertise (and similar portals) and strictly monitor deadlines. Formatting and submitting suitable CVs/resumes is also part of your responsibilities.
• You assist in preparing and processing invoices based on POs and work closely with Finance. You follow up on outstanding payments and help resolve internal billing inquiries or issues.
  
  

Which skills do you need?

• You hold a Bachelor's degree and can demonstrate relevant work experience in a similar role.
• You possess excellent communication skills in both Dutch and English (spoken and written).
• You have strong organizational skills, work accurately, and have a keen eye for detail.
• You have a proactive, customer-oriented mindset and are solution-minded.
• You are a true team player who thrives in a dynamic, knowledge-driven environment.
• Experience with tools such as Salesforce or Connecting Expertise is a definite plus.
