What will you do?

  • You are responsible for expanding and maintaining your own client portfolio, managing complex end-to-end B2B sales cycles.
  • You dive deep into the client’s business and collaborate with technical experts to structure high-value, bespoke software solutions.
  • You serve as a natural point of contact within the sales team, support colleagues on challenging deals, and share best practices to drive overall performance.
  • You take a high-level strategic view on optimizing sales processes, market positioning, and commercial organization design.
  • You negotiate at executive levels and translate commercial opportunities into long-term business objectives.
  • You will progressively transition into the Chief Sales Officer (CSO) role, actively helping shape commercial strategy within the executive management team.

Which skills do you need?

  • At least 10 years of relevant B2B sales experience in the IT or software sector with a proven track record.
  • You have the ambition and natural aptitude to step into a leadership role. You already take initiative spontaneously (e.g., by supporting colleagues, mentoring junior sales reps, or taking the lead on bid teams), and you inspire and build trust among your peers.
  • Fluent communication skills in Dutch and English.
  • You are genuinely passionate about the latest developments in IT and software.
  • You enjoy working in a team environment, coaching others, and receiving coaching yourself.

How Stellantis moved 150.000 Jira issues to the cloud, without downtime

When Stellantis  inherited an outdated Jira Server environment, simply moving everything to the cloud was not the answer. Years of duplicate fields, inconsistent workflows and legacy configuration would have moved with it.
